2 Bed flat in fernhurst

I have a fantastic 2 bed flat in fernhurst. Positioned close to the local school and short 5 minuet walk to the shops, newsagents groceres and internet cafe.
I have a small frount garden (not enclosed) and my own off road parking space. Own frount door.
The flat has one very large bedroom (you can fit two double beds in here and still have floor space) and a smaller but still large double bedroom. the sitting room is a very good size so is the bathroom.
Also has a large storage cupboard, i use it to store my books. Also has its own shed round the side

I would like to swap for a large two bed or a three bed property, and i would love to have a garden. it dosnt need to have any parking as i dont drive.
The area i would like to go to is Rogate/petersfield area, and i would consider somewhere in chichester if it had large garden. If you live in another area and would like my flat please contact me and i will consider it.
