Lovely large 3 bedroom house with a separate dining room which could be made into a 4th bedroom. It's located on the edge of Dartmoor (6 miles from Okehampton) in a very sought after village of Bridestowe. It has nice décor throughout but some work still needs to be done. All 3 bedrooms are doubles and large lounge . There's a large kitchen plus a utility room at back of the house all plumbed up for a washing machine and/or dishwasher. There are 2 toilets, double glazing, oil central heating, and a lovely large kept garden with absolutey stunning views of Dartmoor. The village has a school, pub, post office/shop and there is also a bus service. I am only moving due to ill heath and to be near my family.
