wanted 3 bed house in exchange for 2 bed ground floor flat

i live in galleywood chelmsford and am lookin for a 3bed house/bungalow with a garden in the same area (boreham,great baddow, galleywood etc...)
i have a lovely ground floor flat, 2 double bedrooms, large kitchen, good sized lounge and bathroom, lovely communal garden, and the area is filled with schools, nurserys, shops and doctors all within a short wlkin distance plus a bus route directly on my road running buses to town every 15mins.
As my 2 children get older i am running out of space but dont want to leave my area.
